Through her years of experience in the wellness industry, and studies in Applied Positive Psychology, Martha loves connecting with people and helping them uncover their best-selves so that together we can create waves of well-being in the world. Martha has over a decade of experience in the Health and Wellness industry, holds a certificate in applied positive psychology, and is currently an MSc candidate in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at University of East London (UK.)

Martha Munroe joins us to share some big ideas, practical tools, and relevant research that you can directly apply to your business and personal life. Our own Inner Critic can have a big effect on the energy that we bring to the work we do.
