The Modules

Module 1: Set Your Goal

The Program begins by setting a SMART Goal that will be your guide through the program.  

Module 2: Customer Pathway. 

Module 2 helps you determine who your customers are. Where are they and what happens once they reach out? What do you do after a sale – or after a no-sale follow-up? 

Module 3: Marketing 101 

Module 3 explores content creation and evaluation, which platforms to use and when, and provides activities specifically designed to help increase your revenue.  

Module 4: Build Your Team

The fourth and final module looks at building your team. Who you need, how you find them, and what  next steps are necessary in order to reach your SMART Goal set in Module 1.


Frequently Asked Questions

How is the course delivered?

The course material is delivered in a variety of ways. Templates to be filled in, video instruction, articles, and real-world examples, Q&A worksheets to organize your thinking, and written instruction. Everyone learns differently and the course was designed with that in mind.

Is there a set schedule for meeting with other participants?

No, the Entrepreneur Roadmap was designed as a self-guided course with no scheduled sessions so you can work on the course at your own pace and network with other participants in our Slack workspace when it's convenient for you.

How do I network with others who have taken the course?

We've created a Slack community specifically for Entrepreneur Roadmap participants so you can network, ask questions on course material and grow your businesses together.

Not all parts of the course appear relevant to my current business needs or goals

That's ok! The course was designed so that you can complete only what's relevant to your current S.M.A.R.T. Goal. You can skip any activities that aren't relevant to your current situation. As your business progresses, you can revisit the course with new goals in mind and you'll find that parts previously skipped are now more appropriate to your current situation.

Can I get additional one-on-one sessions?

What happens once I complete the course?

After you complete the course, the materials will continue to be available to you to come back to as you set new goals and grow your business. The Accelerator is also happy to hear from you if you have additional questions on ways that we can further support you.
