The Business Accelerator is more than just office space.

BECOME A TENANT
By becoming a tenant, you'll be part of a vibrant, growing cluster of people who want to succeed. The physical location is 7,000 square feet in size, comprised of 23 open concept offices and 14 offices for one or two people.
Everyone likes sharing. Tenants get shared access to a training room, three small meeting rooms, three living rooms, a library, a kitchen and a copy room.
Everything you need. All tenants are provided a fully furnished workspace, including a desk and chair, file cabinet, phone, free wireless internet, computer, mailbox and shared receptionist.
Tenancy rates, including utilities, are as follows:
- One person open office: $375/month
- One person office: $550/month
- Two person office: $750/month
- Hot Desk: $80/month (Hourly rate available)
*HST and other minor charges may apply
The Business Accelerator also offers mentoring and coaching from business professionals, as well as training on entrepreneurship, web development, business planning, finance, marketing and more.
