The Accelerator ignites the entrepreneurial culture in Downtown Windsor for the benefit of the greater region.
The Downtown Windsor Business Accelerator is an "incubator" facility and program that was developed to stimulate the downtown economy. We do this by growing small businesses in Windsor, connecting them to investors, resources and professional advice so they can succeed.
The Accelerator is for Entrepreneurs by Entrepreneurs.
Our tenants are people who have created, or are looking to create, a small business. A small business can take on many forms, but would definitely include those who are working from home or who have one or two employees.
Our success is the success of our entrepreneurs.
We search for new businesses owners and entrepreneurs who need assistance in growing their business, or in commercializing their ideas. We act as a hub, as a connector, that brings together potential customers and other business owners. Finally, we'll offer resources, training and services that empower business owners and help businesses succeed.
